Wheels

Luggage is nice BUT the wheels on this luggage are hard to maneuver. The small one has the good wheels. This one I am ready to throw in the garbage.

Not very durable at all.

Second set of luggage I purchased from Macy's. I returned the first set because they felt so "flimsy" and had higher hopes for this set. One trip, and when I picked my luggage up off the carosel, it was dented and scratched. I know airports are rough on luggage, but 1 trip? Also, I joked that the wheels needed alignment because it pulls to the right...hard. It's the color I was looking for, but not much else.

Wrong Suitcase Deliveref

Great product; we’ve had Skyway for sevrral Years. Only problem is we received the large bag, but had ordered medium. Attempting to rebox and send the case back would be a bit of a PITA, so we’re kind of stuck with a bag that’s way too large for our needs

Poor Quality

First flight the bottom along with a wheel were crushed and can not be used. I missed the return date by a week. Hoping warranty is good from the manufacturer for return.
