    • HOW TO USE:
    • Use over clean skin daily for 3–5 minutes.
    • Forehead: From the center of the forehead, moving either left or right, begin at the hairline, rolling slowly towards the ear. Repeat 3 times.
    • Nose, Lips and Chin: Using the large roller, work from the nose out to the ear. Continue with upper lip, lower lip and the chin. At the chin follow along the lower jaw line to under the ear lobe. Then repeat with the other side.
    • Eye: Using the small roller, work the lids and under eye area. Continue rolling in strips from the corner of the eye to the ear with the small roller.
    • Jawline and Neck: Begin on the chin, work from the center outward and upward on the cheeks. Then at the center, make sweeping rolls under the chin towards the collar bone, working outwards to the sides of the neck.

too soon to tell

I don't get the whole hype over these stones.. As for the device itself, it is well made and the stone is very pretty. As far as the effectiveness in toning, maybe it's too soon to tell since i have only been using it for two weeks. I will keep it as it certainly isn't doing any harm and the cooling effect feels nice, but don't expect this toning that everyone talks about.

Love the Gym

I love my skin gym roller! I did A LOT of research online about various skin rollers and couldn't be more pleased with this one! Online reviews claim that other rollers fall apart of a few uses, not the case with skin gym! This one is very durable. It also gets cold very quickly- even sitting at room temperature. I like to use it cold to really refresh my skin.
