PLEASE SHOW THE FOOT PANEL PICTURE

The foot panel facing the bed has holes in it and is visible to the person sleeping on the bed. It looks ugly and we were upset to see this. The over all look of the bed is gorgeous and sturdy but had to return and it also had scratches and dents and holes in the panel. Now we have to do the shopping all over again which made my daughter sad as she was so looking forward for her new bed in her new house. We didn't expect this from Macy's as this was specially made for Macy's so we were looking forward and were positive to get a good one. We have liked other bed but now they are asking us to pay delivery charges again as its from vendor. I would suggest Macy's to please post pictures from all angles so the other buyers dont have to go through what we experienced. 2 stars given for the sturdiness and other overall look. Macy's please change the foot panel as no kid would like to see holes when they are falling asleep in their new bed. Other items we received were all good.
