Not Expected

Read reviews and all that; expected a decent back pillow. It’s not. Did not fluff up as noted, put it in dryer to speed up as noted, minimal improvement, returning.

ripped box, not a pretty looking gift

The pillow is fine. However, this was a gift, the box it came in had obviously been ripped open and taped back together, not a pretty Christmas gift.

cheesy product

product is very poor quality. when received I could not believe my eyes!! flat as a pancake, when open then not fluff into a nice fluffy pillow. need to be remove from Macy’s site!

In the selection, this was misrepresented as an adult size pillow. It is not for adults. It is child size. Very disappointed.

this is a kid’s pillow

The pillow arrived in a very tiny box. After hours of waiting for it to inflate, it inflated to a small miniature pillow.

Horrible. Smaller than pictured.

I would not even give this “pillow” a one star but there’s nothing lower to give. It shows a full size women and a toddler sitting with it, neither are accurate. It is too small for even my 2 year old grandson to use. It shows a pocket on the back with a full size magazine in it, you can’t even fit a small child’s book in it. I refunded the 2 I bought and the sales lady laughed at the description compared to the product. It’s a joke!!!
