Wrong tag?

I own 1 pair purchased a month ago and ordered several more pairs and today the black ones came in and appear at least 2 to 3 sizes smaller! The blue ones were delivered earlier this week and were a little shorter and smaller than my original pair. Wondering what the next pair will be. I recommend, but only if they were the correct size.
