Amazing

Best Toner ever purchased so far

I've been seeing Kiehl's product all over Singapore and was able to try samples because my friend loves it. To my surprise this toner is very light in the skin and it gives my face radiance. It moisturizes my skin even with my make-up on. I will definitely purchase again.
