Easy Cooking Easy Cleaning

This pan cooks food evenly and is very easy to wipe clean. After spraying the pan lightly with Pam and keeping the flame at the required height everything I cook comes out great. The clean up is a breeze. Simply let the pan cool off and if you desire add some water to let soak for only a minute and its ready to sponge out. I have been cooking with this pan for several months and it still looks new. Thanks to Cuisinart for their innovation. Thanks for the great tasting food I get too! No worry over chemicals.
